R is a free software environment for statistical computing and graphics.
Availability
R is installed on all Linux workstations and servers, including the clusters. For details on the various add-ons and packages that are currently installed, see the R - BioConductor page.
Help
- To start an R shell, simply type 'R' on any Linux shell.
