JMP Genomics is a SAS-based genomics analysis package. You can find details about the capabilities and functions of JMP Genomics capabilities in this pamphlet.

Availability

A site license for the desktop version has been purchased for use in the Department of Pediatrics and CCRF. 

Cost

The exact cost for an individual has not yet been determined and will depend on the total number of users from the Department of Pediatrics/CCRF who wish to participate. An example estimate would be $300 per year for one user if 30 users participate. This cost includes JMP Genomics as well as Base SAS Software and JMP.

Purchase/Installation instructions

To install JMP Genomics, you must complete the following three steps:

1. Submit your purchase request and install SAS
2. Install JMP
3. Install JMP Genomics
4. Upgrading to JMP Genomics 3.2
