Requesting an Account
All individuals with Cincinnati Children's network accounts automatically may use Citrix to access InfoPath 2007. There's no need to request an account; simply use your Cincinnati Children's network user name and password.
To access the Genomic Apps or Protein Labs, you need to call the Cincinnati Children's Service Desk (6-4100) and request a Citrix account for research. You will be asked which application(s) you want to access: Genomic Apps or Protein Labs. The Service Desk also will ask for your email address so that a user name and password can be emailed to you.
