New Project Requests
For research projects that require clinical data or interface with clinical systems, please complete an online project request form (available on the Cincinnati Children's network only).
For all other research-related requests (e.g., SharePoint sites, stand-alone electronic studies, data storage), email the BMI Help Desk by submitting the form on the left.

Password changes
You can change the following passwords online:
- Cluster, wiki, calendar, web servers
- BMI Linux desktops, bullpen, internal Citrix servers
- Cincinnati Children's network, GroupWise email
For all other password change requests, send an email to the BMI Help Desk using the form on the left.

How do I access InfoPath 2007?
First, you need to install the Citrix client if it is not on your computer already. Then you need to configure it. See our InfoPath/SharePoint page for detailed instructions.
How do I monitor usage load on the clusters?

How do I access the Linux servers from outside the Cincinnati Children's network?
To access DMZ servers, use SSH and your LDAP user name/password to log in to our gateway server, glucose.cchmc.org. To access internal servers, you need a Cincinnati Children's VPN account.
